The Homeless Group Tours offers small-group, personally guided tours and experiences around Cape Town — from heritage and cultural tours to quad biking and nightlife, all led with real local knowledge and upfront pricing.
The Homeless Group Tours was founded in 2024 by Andile Mandla Mdebuka, a Cape Town local who wanted to show visitors his city the way he actually knows it — not from behind a big-bus microphone, but on foot, on a quad bike, or standing right there with you at Bo-Kaap or the District Six Museum, telling the stories himself.
Andile guides every tour personally, in small groups, so it never feels like a rehearsed script. Whether you're riding the dunes at Atlantis or walking the streets of the Bo-Kaap, the goal is the same: a real, unhurried connection to Cape Town's history, culture and landscape.
No big buses or rotating guides. Andile leads every tour himself, so groups stay small and the pace stays personal.
Every tour is built from firsthand knowledge of Cape Town — its history, its neighbourhoods, and the stories that don't make it into guidebooks.
Every price is upfront and all-inclusive, every rule is explained before you book, and every question gets answered directly by the person taking you there.
